This is the album cover for the album 'St. Elsewhere' by Gnarls Barkley, it shows an explosion cloud with various animated objects such as a cartoon bomb, a tiger's head, a gas mask and a City.
This is the album artwork for 'The Adventures of Bobby Ray' by B.o.B which shows the artist himself in an action pose, in the background behind him there is an explosion and debris flying around which makes him look more like a superhero. Note how the title is written in a style similar to those used in comic books.
This is the artwork for the single 'Day N' Nite' by Kid Cudi, this artwork shows the artist himself in an Astronaut's suit with a moon in the corner, a reference to the album 'Man on the Moon: The End of Day' which the single comes from. It is all computer-drawn as well which creates a cartoon effect similar to a style me and Jared wish to use for our album cover art
This is the album artwork for 'Duets: The Final Chapter' a posthumous album by The Notorious B.I.G, it shows a collage of B.I.G with both drawn in details and also actual photographs.
This is the various album artworks for the album 'The OF Tape Vol 2' by the group Odd Future or OFWGKTA, one of these shows a man made up of several collaged photos which makes him look more surreal and humourous, one shows several random pictures of a cat, a castle, a doughbut and various other crude things, one shows the member Lucas Versetti who is not part of the main line-up but is still associated with the group nonetheless, and the last artwork shows OF in the shape of doughnuts, presumably hand drawn.
Overall these album covers have unique styles which me and Jared are interested in using for our own album cover, we plan to currently use the style shown by the Kid Cudi and Gnarls Barkley covers which are computer-drawn.
